How can I cancel or update an order I placed online?

Hôtesse by Anne Wagoner will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations. However, to provide the best service possible we try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most in stock orders are processed immediately and leave our facility within 48 business hours. Should your order already be processed or has already left our warehouse we are unable to stop or make any order adjustments.
How can I ask a question about one of your products?

Can I get a status update on my order?
Thank you for your Hôtesse order. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process an order and ship it out to you. Please contact the Customer Service team for more detailed tracking information.
Will I receive the tracking information once my item is on its way?
You should receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped. However, if you do not, please contact the Customer Service team, and we will provide the tracking number for you.
How is sales tax charged?
We collect sales tax where required under federal and state law. The sales tax amount displayed online is an estimate. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is completed and displayed on your order summary. Shipping and handling charges may be subject to sales tax.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
Will I receive all my orders at the same time?
We ship your items as they are available. If all of the items on your order are in-stock and ready to ship, you will receive them at the same time. If an item is backordered or delayed, it will ship separately, at no extra charge. For your convenience, furniture items are held for a single delivery, shipping when all furniture items on the order are available.
Will you share my email address with others?
No, we keep all email addresses private.
What if I pre-order an item?
We will notify you of your purchase and when to expect your delivery. Please refer to our pre-order policies for more information.

From time to time, Hôtesse offers pre-orders on items scheduled for arrival to our warehouse. Pre-orders are a convenient way to purchase items ahead of our team posting them online, ensuring you receive them as quickly as possible. As pre-order items are soon arriving to our warehouse, payment for orders that include any pre-order items will be charged at the time of checkout.
When possible, our best estimate is given for the expected arrival of all pre-order products. Orders that include pre-order items will only be dispatched once all items, including the pre-order items, are received In-Stock. If you would like to receive specific items from your order immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to ensure that your items arrive when expected.
We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping days and times below for online orders. Business shipping hours:
Monday – Friday | 10AM – 2PM EST, excluding national holidays
In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours of payment date. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately along with the expected in-stock date. Items ordered on Friday after 2PM EST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We primarily ship through USPS.
Please Note: We do not refund shipping charges for returns due to buyer’s regret.
The State of North Caroline requires a 7.25% Sales Tax on all instate orders.
